Before you start
You'll need a hammer, a flat head screwdriver, and about ten minutes. The crate weighs around 200 lbs, so grab a second person before you begin.
The steps
- Move the crate to the spot where you want to unbox it.
- Look along the top edges of the crate. You'll find ten crate clips.
- Pry each clip open with your screwdriver. Then place the screwdriver behind the clip and hammer the clip upward until it's parallel with the screwdriver. Repeat for all ten clips on top.
- Remove the crate lid and the protective foam.
- Pry open all the clips on the sides of the crate the same way.
- Once every side clip is open, pull each side of the crate apart.
- Inside you'll see the reformer folded, with the jump board laying on top.
- Pick up the reformer and roll it off the crate base.
- The last thing left is a cardboard box. That holds all your additional accessories.
That's it. Your Willow is ready to set up. The assembly video walks you through the rest, and it only takes about five minutes.
