Where we ship

Willow ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free on the Foldable Pilates Reformer.

Transit time

Transit time depends on your delivery address and the carrier. Because the reformer is a large, heavier item, it ships via the freight or parcel carrier appropriate to your location. Where available, an estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your confirmation email, contact us at support@willowpilates.com.

Delivery issues

Willow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy or email support@willowpilates.com and we'll help.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't reroute orders or refund shipments sent to an incorrectly entered address.
