Try the Foldable Pilates Reformer at home for 60 days. If it's not a match, we'll make it right — no stress, no guilt. Return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Open-box returns
Open-box returns are allowed. You don't have to keep it sealed — set it up, try your practice, and if it isn't right for you, you're still covered within the 60-day window.
How returns work
To start a return, email support@willowpilates.com with your order number. Because the reformer is a large item, we'll arrange a pickup with the carrier — you won't need to crate and ship it back yourself. Please keep the original packaging so the unit can be collected and protected in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned reformer is received and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your reformer arrives damaged or defective, email support@willowpilates.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and of the packaging, if it was damaged in transit). We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including return logistics — at no cost to you.
Conditions
Returns must be made within 60 days of delivery, and the reformer must be in resellable condition apart from normal trial use. Keep the original packaging; it's required for a safe return pickup.
