Health disclaimer and assumption of risk

Willow sells fitness equipment. Exercise carries inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and you assume all risk associated with the use of our products. Always follow the product's setup and safety instructions. Willow is not responsible for injury or loss resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or use of the equipment contrary to its instructions.

Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Shipping and risk of loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. After sending STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your SMS consent and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
