Assemble Your TerraSol Reformer
The steps
- Unfold the frame until it locks flat.
- Drop each pulley riser in at your preferred height and insert the pin to lock it.
- Drop the pegs into the holes on the carriage and screw them tight.
- Attach the shoulder pads to the carriage. Slide them to match your shoulder width.
- Drape the rope over the peg, pass the other end through the pulley, then thread it through the rope lock. Repeat on the other side.
- Unscrew both ends of the hook strap, attach them to the hooks, and screw until secure.
- Drop the rubber carriage stoppers into the track. Set them based on your height (the Willow fits anyone from 5'0" to 6'4").
- Drop the platform extender into the slot at the foot of the reformer. The jump board goes in the same slot the same way.
- To set the height, press and hold the buttons on both sides of a leg, lift or lower it, then tighten the screw. Repeat on all four legs.
- Hang your springs on the gear bar: 2 yellow (light), 2 green (medium), 2 red (heavy). Move them to different positions for more or less tension. That's it.
