The details

What's covered, and what isn't.

Your warranty covers defects. Normal wear — springs and straps wearing out over time — isn't a defect, so it isn't covered (replacement parts are available separately).

Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship, under normal home use, for the periods above.
  • Frame or structural failure due to a defect — for life, with the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • Covered parts that fail within their coverage period.

Not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including springs, straps, ropes, and upholstery wearing out over time.
  • Cosmetic wear, marks, or fading that don't affect function.
  • Misuse, abuse, accident, improper assembly, storage, or care.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair, or transport damage not arranged by Willow.
  • Any commercial, studio, or rental use — this voids the warranty.
If something goes wrong

How a claim works.

No separate registration — your coverage is tied to your order and serial number automatically.

  1. Reach out. Email us with your order number, your reformer's serial number, and a photo or short video of the issue.
  2. We confirm coverage. Our team checks your coverage and whether it's a covered defect.
  3. We make it right. If it's covered, we ship a replacement part — or, if that part isn't available, provide a comparable replacement or a repair credit, at no cost to you for the covered part.
Common questions

Good to know.

What does "limited lifetime" mean?

For as long as you own the reformer under normal home use, Willow will repair or replace a frame that fails due to a defect. It applies to the frame and structure; the other parts have their own coverage periods shown above.

Does it cover springs or upholstery wearing out?

No — normal wear isn't a defect, so it isn't covered. Replacement springs and wear parts are available to purchase separately. A part that fails from a defect within its coverage period is covered.

Is the Limited Lifetime Warranty transferable?

Yes. The $199 Limited Lifetime Warranty can be transferred one time to a new owner, and the remaining coverage continues under the same terms. The free base warranty is not transferable.

What if the exact part isn't available?

Your coverage still stands. We'll provide a comparable replacement part or a repair credit toward an authorized repair.

Do I need to register my warranty?

No. Coverage is tied to your original order and your reformer's serial number automatically — your purchase is your registration.

Is this the same as the money-back guarantee?

No. The warranty covers defects over time. Our 60-day money-back guarantee is separate and lets you return your reformer within 60 days of delivery under our Refund Policy.

The fine print

Full warranty terms.

Willow Limited Lifetime Warranty · Version 1.0 · Effective July 2026

Definitions

  • "Limited lifetime" means that, for as long as you own the reformer under normal home use, Willow will repair or replace a frame that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. It does not mean unlimited or perpetual coverage of the entire machine; it applies to the frame and structure as described above.
  • "Home use" means non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of the reformer by an individual or household.
  • "Original owner" is the person or household named on the original order. "Subsequent owner" is a single person to whom the reformer and its warranty are transferred, as described under Transferring your warranty.

What's covered

Willow warrants that your reformer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal home use, for the coverage periods shown above. If a covered component fails due to such a defect during its coverage period, Willow will resolve it as described under How we resolve a claim. All coverage periods begin on the date your reformer is delivered. The Willow Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only when purchased at the time of the reformer order and recorded to that order.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including springs, straps, ropes, and upholstery that wear, stretch, fade, or lose tension over time through ordinary use.
  • Cosmetic wear, marks, or discoloration that do not affect function.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, dropping, or exceeding stated weight or use limits.
  • Damage from improper assembly, failure to follow the assembly or care instructions, or improper storage.
  • Damage from unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair.
  • Damage occurring during transport or storage not arranged by Willow.
  • Any commercial, studio, rental, or other non-home use, which voids this warranty in full.
  • Products for which the original proof of purchase cannot be provided.

How to make a claim

Email Willow support at support@willowpilates.com with your original order number, your reformer's serial number (found on the frame), and a clear photo or short video of the issue. Our team will confirm your coverage and whether the issue is a covered defect. Your coverage is tied to your original order and serial number, so no separate registration is required.

How we resolve a claim

For a valid claim, Willow will, at its discretion, either ship you a replacement for the defective part, or — if that part is unavailable — provide a comparable replacement part or a repair credit toward an authorized repair. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. Willow covers the cost of the covered part and standard shipping for approved claims.

Transferring your warranty

The Willow Limited Lifetime Warranty may be transferred one time to a single subsequent owner. Remaining coverage continues under the same terms for that owner. To transfer, email support@willowpilates.com with the original order number and the new owner's name and contact information. The included Willow Limited Warranty (the free base coverage) is not transferable.

Separate from your 60-day money-back guarantee

This warranty is separate from Willow's 60-day money-back guarantee, which allows you to return your reformer within 60 days of delivery for a refund under the terms of our Refund Policy. The warranty governs defects over time; the guarantee governs returns shortly after purchase.

Limitations and legal terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable coverage period stated above. Willow is not liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from the product or its use, including loss of use, inconvenience, or personal injury resulting from misuse.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
