Purchased for my wife 4 months ago. The springs and silent bearings deliver studio quality performance at home. The German oak frame is attractive and well engineered. She uses it daily and has cancelled her $250 per month studio membership. From a financial standpoint the reformer will pay for itself within the year. From a quality standpoint the build is excellent. She is very satisfied and so am I.
A month and a half and I want every mom reading this to hear me. You are not selfish for wanting this. I repeated that to myself every day for three months before I finally ordered. Three months of telling myself my family needed the money more. Three months of putting myself last again. When it finally arrived and I did my first workout I wondered why I waited so long. I deserve to feel strong. You do too.
This is the most important purchase I have ever made and Ive owned it for 5 days. Let me explain. I am a single mom. Two boys, ages 6 and 3. I work full time remotely while managing everything alone. My body has been screaming for attention for years and I have ignored it because there was always something more urgent. The kids need shoes. The car needs new tires. The rent is due. Spending money on a reformer felt impossibly selfish. But then my doctor told me my bone density was declining and my pelvic floor was in serious trouble and that Pilates was the best thing I could do. I found the Willow, saw the financing option at $97 a month, and realized thats less than what I spend on the kids extracurriculars. So I did it. It arrived on Monday. I cried unboxing it. I cried during my first session. I cried after. Not sad tears. Relief tears. Like my body had been waiting for me to show up for it and I finally did. I know this review is emotional and not very helpful from a product standpoint but I also know there are other moms reading this at midnight doing the same mental math I did. Just buy it. Your body has been waiting. Its okay to take care of yourself. Its not selfish. I promise.

Cannot BELIEVE I waited so long to buy this! One month in and I already feel like a completely different person. Stronger, more energized, actually excited to work out for the first time in literally years. The Willow is gorgeous, works perfectly, and has become my favorite part of every day. DO IT. Just buy it. You will not regret it!!
LOVE my Willow!! Almost a year and the bearings are still butter smooth, the springs still challenge me, and the German oak still looks gorgeous. Would give 5 stars if the guided content was more robust. I want more from Willow! But the reformer itself is AMAZING and I use it every single day. Would absolutely buy again!!

I was worried about her getting damaged but damn they make sure the packaging is very protective. Customer support is also great.
Buying this reformer has been life altering in so many ways! I can hop on it whenever I need a pick-me up, do a full session with your video, or do 2 sessions if I’m watching my fav NBA team and they’re winning! And what’s wild is that the videos do not feel impossible, but the benefit is noticeable every day. We only get one body, and if we’re smart, we’ll keep it as sharp as we, hopefully, keep our brains smart - and our wallets full. This is the engine behind all of that success. Making an investment in yourself is always the right move!

My reformer looks beautiful; however, I received no instructions with it as to how to put it together. I found a video on YouTube of a similar one; however, it did not connect the hand and foot straps to the pulley straps in the same way, and I cannot find anything on how to do that safely. I also have two knobs left over that I have no idea what to do with. Unfortunately, the willow site has no directions anywhere on It as to how to safely set up the reformer, so I have yet to be able to use it. It is disappointing to receive such a beautiful piece of equipment, but to get no directions as to how to safely assemble it.

I'm so excited to get started in my home with my reformer. I'm not a gym person nor do I like trying to schedule an appt to workout. Then to find out they have no availability for the time you need to work with your schedule. This is a game changer for me and I truly love this machine & exercise. Quality is top notch and so easy to assemble. Shipping time was so fast I couldn't believe it was here already. Well packed for no damage. What an amazing piece of equipment and so quiet. Six weeks with my Willow and I want to write what I wish someone had written for me. If you are a mom on the fence, exhausted, feeling guilty about spending money on yourself, wondering if you even deserve something this nice: you do. You absolutely do. And those 20 minutes every morning will change everything. Your body will remember what its capable of. You will start to feel like yourself again. I know because thats exactly what happened to me.

I know thats a weird thing to say about springs but every morning I lay on that German oak frame and push against the resistance and something in me releases. The stress, the tension, the guilt. It all goes for 20 minutes. And slowly over these six weeks the release has started lasting longer. Im calmer through the day. Im more patient. Im starting to feel like the person I was before everything got so heavy.
Four months with the Willow. The German oak frame and springs are genuinely excellent hardware. The build quality matches what I used at my $300 per month studio. However as an experienced practitioner I find the content side lacking. The 20 day program was too elementary and I needed to source my own advanced programming. For someone with studio experience the hardware is great but the total package doesnt fully replace having an instructor. Giving 3 stars for the gap between the excellent equipment and the limited guidance.
